Payments are in advance and refunds will not be given.
All public facilities must have rules in place in an attempt to make everyone's experience as safe and fun as possible.
At Heavenlee Acres that's what we want for all our Guests, a fun and safe place to relax and enjoy.
With this in mind we submit the following regulations that we feel promote such values to our visitors.
We take them very seriously and entrust in our campers the responsibility of taking them seriously also.
All visitors must register at the office at the time of entering the Camp Ground.
The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH.
A Two Car limit to on each campsite.
Cars are to be parked on your own site. Your cars are not allowed on other sites.
All sites must be kept clean and free of trash and other debris at all times.
Bicycle riders must wear helmets.
Bicycle riding is not permitted after dark.
Picnic tables are to remain on the site they are assigned to.
Sites must be clean and left clean upon departure.
Failure to clean your site is subject to service charge.
All rubbish must be disposed of in receptacles provided upon exiting.
Only rubbish is allowed at receptacles. No propane tanks, grills, metals etc.
All rubbish must be disposed of in existing receptacles.
Pets are permitted on a leash.
All visitors bringing a pet must get prior approval and must bring a current proof of rabies certificate.
You must clean up after your pet.
Pets are not allowed in any buildings or pool area.
Pets may not be left at your campsite unattended.
No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Guard dogs or other aggressive dogs allowed.
Management reserves the right to have any pet removed from the campground without refund.
Excessive noise by your pet will be cause for terminating your stay with us.
For your safety, all pool rules must be followed. Please observe all signs and notices.
All children 14 years and under, must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.
A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
No shows will cause forfeit of your deposit.
Holiday weekends: a 100% deposit is required to guarantee a site. Payment is due at time of reservation.
Cancellation of reservation:
A $20.00 service charge will be deducted from the deposit, provided 7 days advance written notice is received prior to the arrival date.
Late cancellations or no shows will cause forfeit of deposit.
Check-in: Between 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm ( must call if arriving after 8:00 pm.)
Check-out: 12:00 noon.

for actions deemed unsafe or objectionable.
The management will not be responsible for damage to personal property accidents to campers, guests or visitors etc.
